Few ways to backup yours tweets are explained below:

3) @goodbuybuddy: Goodbye Buddy!, as the name suggests, will send you Direct Message notifications whenever someone unfollows you. All you need to do is to follow @goodbyebuddy and then sit back and get notified whenever someone unfollows you.
